You have a great team there who really cares about the customer. The employee helping me was great. They did my brakes on a Sunday and did a phenomenal job. He stated I needed a caliber arm due to the pins being stuck. He showed me the difficulty in getting the pins out. This is a 14 year old car and I knew ahead of time that most likely the pins would be difficult, if not impossible to get out. He treated me fairly and honestly. I took my car to another shop to get the same work done. They did not know I knew about car repair and general maintenance such as brake replacement. They tried to con me for $1600. I walked out. I will not walk out of your location after the way you honestly assessed the issue. Honesty goes a long way when it comes to car repair. I will be recommending your locat

Went in to get a tire plugged on 1/19/26 that had a small nail in a very easy spot to plug. Called me and said the tire was not repairable and that I would need a new tire. I said to leave it then and I'll plug it myself(I just didn't feel like doing it in this below zero weather). Then magically they call back half hour later and say the tire is fixed. Basically they just wanted to sell me a new tire at 430 dollars. Very unprofessional and dishonest way to run a business.

I scheduled preventative maintenance, including brake fluid exchange, a week in advance. I was told it would be completed by the end of the day. I dropped it off as soon as they opened. I didn't receive it until the following day. And the following day, the brakes were so soft I had to go back to the shop and ask him to bleed the brakes. Then the attendant asked me for my help to bleed the brakes, because he was completely alone in the shop. The poor guy was trying to do customer service and tire changes all by himself. This is ridiculous! If you can't do the job, tell the customer, I would understand. Instead I wasted 3 hours waiting to help bleed my brakes with the guy whom I was paying to do it for me!!! Been going to Firestone ever since the location was built. Many years ago. Always receive great service. This last visit…….They were able fix my problem just by cleaning and adjusting a couple things. That may be a temporary fix, but at least it put off a $1,500 alternative fix for a while.
