Frances and the guys there were awesome today. I noticed upon arrival all the bays were full. They still worked on my car and I was in and out quickly. Frances also answered all my questions and gave me a few great tips. She’s very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back of I have another issue.

Brought my car in for a 10,000 mile inspection only to not only not be offered a rotation and oil change but they also tried fleece me on parts and repair. They noted my rear breaks were worn down to 4mm (needing replacement) which I found strange as I had replaced all four brakes very recently. A quick look by taking the tires off myself showed they still had 90% life left. They clearly only took a look at the exterior of the vehicle and made a guess without inspecting the actual vehicle. While some observations were correct it was only surface level I could have done myself.

I came to get my tire replaced- already had the new one, I just needed it installed. Everything was very direct and up-front, so I knew what I was going into when I dropped off my van. Everyone was great and the prices were more than reasonable. Will definitely come back if I ever need it.

Frances (service advisor) and David (tech) are incredibly kind, honest & helpful. They worked a wonder for me today. Would recommend their service to anyone!! Very generous and hardworking people. Got my car fixed up way faster than expected and were excellent at communicating with me every step of the way. Firestone knew what they were doing when they let them join the team!

Wow! I was attended to and helped very quickly. I have been to this location three times now - within multiple years - with my tire needs. Each time I have received the same exceptional treatment!
