I came into Firestone today with a flat tire had a screw in it. AAA had to come out and change my tire for me. And I recently bought the tires at the Firestone on Watt avenue so I took it back there. They welcomed me in with open arms and Doug, is a very funny excellent customer service person please give that man a raise! Thank you so much for saving my day in a very timely manner I will continue to come back here for as long as Doug is here

I came in with an emergency due to a pooped tire from the night before. The crew checked my tires, they gave me great suggestions, and was able to find me some new tires for a reasonable price. I loved that they had several options available for payment and also gave me some good knowledge on my tire’s and their current condition. The crew was friendly and had great customer service.

The team here is great. They were able to make me a same day appointment for the nail to be removed from the tire of my company vehicle and I was able to get it complete on my lunch break. We use this branch quite often so it’s great to know we are taken care of.
