William Flores provided outstanding service, professional, efficient, and committed to getting everything handled smoothly. The Uber inspection process was quick and easy, and he made the whole experience stress-free while offering additional coupon. Highly recommend this location if you’re driving for Uber or need reliable service.

William was extremely helpful today when I came in with brakes that needed to be replaced and a broken radiator hose. I had been so stressed the past couple of days and he made sure I was safe and also gave me plenty of options and explained everything thoroughly. Very grateful for him and Firestone!

Had a great experience here both service wise and price wise! I was given the best price for a synthetic oil change and they did it super fast! I had a very scary experience when I was driving on the freeway this afternoon. I heard her screeching noise as I was accelerating not knowing what it was and so I pulled over to the shoulder and kind of just drove my car to the nearest Firestone complete auto care which was 5 miles away from where I was. It turns out my splash guard had completely Loosened and come off and I had it not been for Joe and alex. I probably wouldn’t have known what it was. Joe was kind enough to tie what was remaining of the splash guard into the two front opening areas of the metal compartment that covers the bottom of my car with zip ties and I was able to drive my car home. I came in today because I had a leak in a tire that was becoming problematic. I had a nail plugged the week before somewhere else, but it didn’t work. The sales person said I needed a new tire and I didn’t disagree. I mentioned that my specific tires could be difficult to find but he said he had found one and it would be delivered to the store in 1 hour. I came back when they said they had it and waited about an hour for it to be installed, which was totally fine. After my car was finished, they had installed a tire that didn’t match my other 3? They charged me $500 for the wrong tire and had me wait around while they installed the wrong one. There are very helpful letters and numbers on tires that let you know if you are installing the correct tire. It was visually easy to tell they had i
