Firestone Complete Auto Care

Staff is clueless. I had bought a new battery in January and a couple of days ago my alternator went out and ruined it. So I went to the nearest Firestone to get a new one because it was under warranty, and unfortunately it was this store. The staff member charged my card for over $300. When I called to let them know they took advantage of a friend doing me a favor picking up the new battery I spoke to Elias, that's where the lies, the avoiding responsibility, and the nightmare began. This manager never did one thing he promised, he is the absolute worst person to be in charge to uphold Firestones good reputation. He never would call me back when he said, he acted like I was a bother, and downplayed what his lack of leadership and his staffs incompetence made my life turn upside down. Elia

I stopped by after getting a flat tire, and they helped me right away! The staff was super friendly, fast, and professional. They fixed my tire quickly and did an excellent job. Had a flat and arrived after seven with my toddlers with a truck service. Was able to get my tire in 1 hour and back on the road. Too so my DoorDash I was very happy with the service . Would definitely come back for more service
