I made the mistake getting an oil change from an express place. The place told me I had a slow oil leak and recommended taking it in to the dealer. I took it Firestone and just like the snap of your fingers, they found the oil plug gasket was bad. If I had taken my vehicle to Firestone in the first place, they would have found the problem right away and fixed it. I can always count on Firestone to give me not only the best discounts but the best service. Thank you Firestone.

​I took my vehicle in for a simple headlight repair because they diagnosed the issue as a corroded wire. The sheer audacity of the final bill was overwhelming: $600.00 to replace one single wire! That is not just expensive; it is a shocking, unethical exploitation, and I feel they are absolutely preying on people, including our military community near Offutt AFB. ​However, the real slap in the face is the quality of the "workmanship." Instead of taking the few minutes required to properly remove the plastic wheel well liner to access the wiring—which is the correct and professional way to perform this job—the technician lazily and DESTRUCTIVELY CUT THE PLASTIC LINER as a shortcut. ​I was furious when I learned they didn't even bother to fully remove the piece they cut. Brought my car in for a tire puncture. They were very busy, but I was attended to immediately. They promised to work me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Car was done before noon. On top of all that, they didn’t even charge me for the repair. Cannot imagine getting better service anywhere. Absolutely outstanding.
