Firestone Complete Auto Care

My husband's SUV got new tires installed at walmart, but they don't do alignments, so I called up Firestone nextdoor and made an appointment. We chose to go with the lifetime alignment for $200 and it is an excellent deal. You just buy that and for as long as you own the car they will do the alignment "free", sometimes with a small fee for extras, which is no big deal at all! They walk you through all of the paperwork so you understand what it all means, which is so helpful. The service is crazy fast and the techs are friendly and knowledgeable.

Bert (or Burt) is very friendly and very helpful. He always gets me in and out as quick as possible. I always make an appointment ahead of time, so keep that in mind based on this review. I like all of the front desk staff, but I just can’t remember the names of the others and I usually deal with Burt. Also, I’ve never had any issues with any of the work the techs have done. They are always very quick. I’m usually only there for an hour waiting in store for an oil change and that’s because I have a fleet vehicle that has to have approvals before anything is done on the truck. The longest I have ever waited was 2 hours for an oil change and new tires. I’ve brought my car in for ‘scheduled appointments’ where I call the day of or two days before for an oil change, tire maintenance, etc. Normally the service has been pretty quick, as I leave my car and they will get the job done within a few hrs time. Yesterday I noticed a slow oil leak in my car. So I called Firestone asking if I could bring the car in around 9am today and could it be looked at, diagnosed etc and worked on. The gentleman was polite and said he thought the schedule looked like he could get it done by 130. So I took my car in today as coordinated, and lo and behold it sat in their parking lot for almost 4.5 hours. I knew they wouldn’t get to it today so I asked for my keys back and bailed. I called and spoke with Bert, who was the calm and friendly voice I really needed. Every other place I called was closing soon or had already left early due to the high-impact winter storm. They waited for my arrival—when they absolutely could have closed early—and quickly got me back on the snowy, frigid road home. Truly grateful for the outstanding service. Good humans!

Quick and accommodating! I had walked in to Firestone to see look into why my TPMs light was on. Of course me not knowing anything I was scared of what it could be but Mirrac was quick to reassure me that it could be something as simple as low pressure. So he had me pull my vehicle around and checked all my pressure in each tire, afterwards he told me that were all fairly low to cause the light to come back on! As soon as he adjusted them the light went away, as silly as it seems I’m still grateful for the staffs quick response to help calm my concerns.
