Firestone Complete Auto Care of Ottumwa, IA. provides great and friendly service every time I’ve visit their store. They make me feel welcomed, always with a friendly smile. They are mindful of my time and they do their best to keep me as one of their customers happy. The Employees are knowledgeable and a great job in repairing my vehicle. I like that they give me an explanation has to what was completed and what all is needing or will needing service. It’s great that issue, a quote with the details. Most importantly, I like that they keep my vehicle running safe. That is essential when driving, especially when my Family and I are on a long trip. In my book, Safety is First! I went for a oil change and ask them if they could check my brakes because I was hearing and feeling like there was something going wrong, it was about an hour before they close, the lady at the reception desk said she was going to ask the technician if he could do it because the time it was, and the technician did check but not only my brakes, he check my coolant and brake fluid purity, he check my tires and my brake rotors and brake pads, he give me a clear explanation about their condition including pictures and a estimate about everything I need to replace on the truck, the only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t had the quality I was looking on the parts to do the job and they will not do the job if I bring my own parts. The manager Randy was so helpful. They were busy but he got my vehicle in and out with minimal waiting. This is the only place around that I trust to get my tires from.

Took my car to have my tires replaced. Two tires had lug nuts that wouldn’t come off. The employees at the shop did a fantastic job and kept us informed of the progress. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend this shop. Will definitely be using it as my go to place! Thank you Randy and the entire crew!!
