Oscar was great to work with. Not only did he get me in and started on short notice, I appreciated the walk out to the shop to see the condition of my car before repairs began. My car is properly fixed, and I’ll use the CFNA interest deferred period to pay for it.

Had my car in, was late and they still took me. They told me an estimate time and price of the things needed on my vehicle and it was exactly what they had quoted at the end price and hours. Misters Jeremy and Austin tackled every necessary customer care with great attitudes and the mechanics were very timely and knowledgeable. Def coming here for my car needs. Had to lower front module control arms repaired as well as lifetime alignment and inspection check. Awesome job sirs!!!

My card had a message on its screen saying that my battery was dying. So I took it in to the Firestone on road 68 in west Pasco. The young man tested it and said that it was fine. The receptionist said that perhaps it was referring to my key fob. They were very professional and honest. I really appreciated their help. I will definitely be back.

I blew a tire on the highway on my way to work and I was an emotional mess when I arrived. the people there were caring and friendly, provided me water. I was very thankful that they were able to help me out but just did not like the price. While I waited, I watched Jeremy do an awesome job with customers. I am sorry, I did not catch the girl's name. There is a good team at this location. Thank you for your great customer service.
