Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've been to this location a few different times. I'm on my second set of tires with them and I had them do a few oil changes in the past, and generally they've been fine for a chain. But yesterday, when I got my second set of tires, I had an issue. I got a quote for a set of tires from their website, I brought in the quote, as the website states to do, and the cashier took a look at it and said it was going to be more expensive "because of taxes", to which I thought, whatever, sure. I told him to move forward with replacing the tires. Then I got an automatic email from them for the work order, and there was a $112.00 line item for a warranty on the tires, which I wasn't asked if I wanted. I brought it up to the cashier, and he said that the warranty was good to have. I told him to take

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at this location. Called in the morning in need of new tires and was in and out that evening. Very friendly and informative explaining tire features and results of a complimentary "Courtesy Check" of my vehicle in detail with no attempt to upsell, these guys were absolutely terrific. Happy to learn that this location is a full-service station I definitely plan on returning in the future.

I took my car here to check the tire stems. The tire light would not go off constantly on even after putting air in the tire.. they said they replaced the tire stem, valve... the light did not go off. I took my car to another dealer.. come to find out the tire stem was not replaced with a new one... i have reported this establishment. Do Better Firestone.

I had an issue with my car not starting in my German car. They were convenient and had the new battery but the battery was not the problem. $300 for a battery and it was not the issue. Dealer fixed it 2 days later.
