If I could give less, I would. Had my rear passenger tire replaced Sunday, came in Tuesday to have the matching tire installed on the rear driver side. I even walked back to my car to make sure it was the driver side rear as I had just told the front desk. Half hour later they tell me I’m all set. I looked at my car and notice they replaced the rear passenger side, not the drivers side. They said “our mistake I’ll take care of that for you” they got back to work on my car. Moments later someone walks in with a bald tire I’ve never seen before and begins to tell me it was on my car. I say no it was not, he continues yes it was. Only after I raised my voice and accusing them out of trying to screw me out of my brand new tire another tech walked over to a tire laying on the ground and said “

Maybe this is my own fault. After an absolute headache of an interaction at the Nashua store I came here to warranty one of my tires after getting a nail stuck in it. I asked to keep the old tire the advisor said no. So I asked if there was still a disposal fee since it’s needed to complete the warranty that they keep the tire. He laughed at me and said “come on dude it’s only 5 bucks”. Naturally I wasn’t pleased with that type of response so I told him if there truly was no other choice then it’s stupid but it is what it is and he then was very short with me. The maintenance was suitable at best they didn’t pull my truck in until 35 minutes AFTER my appointment. This is not the same Firestone I once happily worked for. Turns out THERE ISNT A FEE for scrapping the tire under a warranty. T

Great customer service. My family all use Firestone for tires and various car maintenance. Dave C always fits us in and takes the time to explain everything that was serviced.

Just came in for a tire replacement during which they caught a failing tierod end even though the car is a 2025 and only has 16k miles they took the time to check. They let me know right away and I was able to have kia address it immediately before it became a real problem. Thank you.

Got towed here after a blowout and they were incredibly accommodating to us during a difficult situation. Also very fair price. They busted- ass to help us get home to NJ tonight. Thanks again guys
