Horrible! This morning my appointment was for 7am. I get there only to be told that the tire guy doesn’t come in until 9:30am. Waist of my time already. So I leave the car because I need to get to work soon. After I’m off work early evening, I head over to pick up my car before they close at 7pm. I pay for the service of having four new tires put on my car. After leaving I stop by the gas station to fill up. As I’m waiting I take a walk around my car to have a closer look at the tires. I come to find out that the tires and wheels are all on wrong. Whoever that tire guy was working there, was a complete amateur! If I wasn’t a car guy and my attention to detail wasn’t great. I never might have noticed and just drove around for who knows how long. Thank goodness this didn’t happen to a woman.

Firestone has always given great attention towards its customers. Jason explained everything to me and what I needed to solve my problems. I give this store a 5 star for all around service.

I have been sitting in this store 2 hours after having an appointment at 10 am. When I ask how much longer they said they just started on it. I ask why and they said the car before me took longer to service so I ask why they did not tell me and I just got a blank look. The service rep lateef said it will be 20 minutes more. So what should have taken 20 minutes the wait time thus far is 2hours and 10 mins and counting. Firestone has gone down hill and I won’t be back. So much for purchasing life time alignment and balancing.i just told them to give me my car as they did Nothing. Worst service and discriminatory because I’m a senior. I was there before anyone and they never started on my car

It’s unfortunate when you come in for a tire rotation and balance that they don’t glance at your brakes at the same time and recommend any service that might be necessary or look at where on your tires to tell you that potentially you need an alignment. I had an oil change place. Tell me that I need my brakes done on the same day that Firestone rotated and balanced my tires and told me nothing. When I called Firestone to check if they had looked at my brakes, they said no they don’t do that unless I asked them to. How can you be my local service arm if you don’t take care of me as a customer. In addition, it’s great to have a company make money and I want everybody to make money, but this is the third time I’ve I’ve left Firestone to get an oil change around the corner for half the price i
