Guy told me my tires treads were at 2"/3" max. Tried to sell me tires 20% more expensive than the price if I ordered them online through the Firestone website. Had my tires checked by 2 other independent shops who confirmed the front tires were at 4 (okay to drive) and the back tires at 3. Bought them somewhere else for a much cheaper price. On the positive fast, service was fast.
