Firestone Complete Auto Care

The service was great, they were able to get my four tires and front end work done in a timely fashion. Service advisors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. However when I spend over $1500 at a shop I expect the tech to take a little more care with my vehicle, they left oil on my window switches and on my hood. Additionally they installed the wrong kind of wheel weights on my wheels. Not the end of the world but now I have to pay someone else to properly balance my tires.

Huge Thanks to Steven for getting me in at end of the day, and huge Thanks to Javier for staying late to team up with Steven and the others to get my new tires on my Audi! I have to give Flora Thanks too.. she was so nice and helpful earlier in the week when I initially brought my car in for oil change. I had no idea my tire was that bad but she even took the time to show me the issue! I was appreciated the knowledge. These 3 presented professionally, knowledgeable, kind and caring! Thank-you Firestone Team for taking such good care of me every time!

Flora was great. We had a flat tire and they took us in asap. Highly recommended and this is my 2nd time in a few months. Friendly staff as well.

I have scheduled at this location twice and the service was phenomenal each time! Steven was especially helpful as he had assisted me during both of these visits and provided amazing customer service! Great Pricing and I will definitely be returning!

Always extremely helpful and not feel like I am being taken advantage of. very straight forward and finds ways to make the customer feel taken care of! best team at port orange! from management to the mechanics!
