Firestone Complete Auto Care

Edit: I emailed due to the response asking for an email with more info including invoices/dates. I got a call from Mario at the store who basically asked if there was anything they could do for me in the future. No responsibility, no accountability, nothing. Why would I ever trust Firestone to do ANYthing right in the future if they couldn't get a 4qt oil change correct? Long time coming for this review (1 year actually). Originally was having them install tires on my truck. Was told it would take 45min to 1 hour. An hour and a half later they gave me an inspection report with all sorts of stuff my truck needed including a cabin air filter which my 1994 Nissan D21 doesn't even have. They also said it needed an oil change (which I literally did myself the day before). Asked if I could just

Great customer service. I went in to get my car reserviced as I had previously took it to another shop that did a poor job. They were able to fit me into their schedule as a walk-in and fix the issue no sweat. They're efficient and get you out the door in a timely manner. Brent the manager there is always on top of it and informative about what's going on, when it's going on. Good team that knows their stuff.

Brought my car in for an oil change around 3:30pm and everything went well. Got my car back a little under an hour. I really appreciated the courtesy call they gave me to update me on what needed to be done to my car. Thank you Firestone for being friendly, efficient and professional. Big shout out to Mario, he made my experience wonderful.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone. The customer service was outstanding—they took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my Chevy Malibu in a way that actually made sense. I really appreciated that they recommended only the services I truly needed and never made me feel like they were just trying to take my money. That honesty goes a long way. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely come back again.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They have always come through for us. They are fair in their pricing. They do not speak down to me when I don't understand the ins and outs of automobile work. They are patient, kind and hardworking. I will never not come to them for my car maintenance.
