I had an excellent experience at this Firestone location! The team was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and took the time to clearly explain what my car needed without making me feel pressured. They genuinely worked with me to get my car into a safe and better condition while staying within my budget, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but this team definitely earned mine. Highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle in for a tire replacement and was initially quoted a one-hour completion time. While the service ultimately took closer to two and a half hours, I understand that occasional delays can occur and was willing to overlook that inconvenience. However, upon receiving my vehicle, I inspected the newly installed tires and immediately noticed inconsistencies in the tread patterns and sidewall markings on two of them, indicating they had been installed incorrectly. In addition, I discovered that one of the plastic wheel covers had been split, with a noticeable piece missing. I had to return to the shop to have these issues addressed, resulting in another hour of lost time. While the installation error was corrected, the experience was frustrating and avoidable. 1 Star – Would Give Zero if I Could I brought my car into Firestone at JBSA Randolph for a routine oil change and a brake service. Just 100 yards after leaving the shop, my left rear wheel completely fell off the car—not a single lug nut was on the studs. This is not just careless; it’s downright dangerous. I used to believe that paying a little more at Firestone meant I could trust the work would be done safely and professionally. Clearly, that trust was misplaced. This level of negligence could have caused a serious accident or injury. I will never return, and I urge others to think twice before trusting their vehicle—and safety—to this location.

I am always happy when I walk in and see Kevin because I know he will take care of everything and keep me informed about what I need to do to properly maintain my vehicles. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled smoothly. It is always a joy and a pleasure to have him assist me.

I usually do my own work on my car. I needed a service that I could not tackle myself. I took the car to Firestone on Randolph AFB. I spoke to Kevin and he assured me they would take care of me. I got my car back right on time and problem solved. I am a USMC veteran so I appreciate integrity. Kevin definitely came through!!! He definitely gained my business! I hope he gains yours!!!
