Extremely helpful and gracious. I had brake work done. My vehicle was in need of a great deal of brake maintenance. The moment I drove away, I was so thankful that the crew at Firestone worked on my brakes and brake components. Worth every penny. My applause to the entire team. The mechanics are top-notch! I called the shop on a Sunday, and was surprised to find that they were open. They were quite busy but agreed to work me in, if I could get the vehicle to the location promptly. I drove to Firestone and they worked me in within the hour. They kept me advised on the status before and during the service, which they got done promptly and carefully. The charges were very fair, and the exact amount that was quoted. At the beginning, when I first arrived, they asked if I wanted any other services, or courtesy checks, but I advised that I did not need those, only the needed service. I have a truck with 35 inch tires and a 6 inch lift. They offer a life time alignment I went there 4 times is the last year of buying the truck. I got the truck and the front suspension was bad I got a hole new front suspension kit went there 2 time for alignment went fine the second time was for it started to pull so took it in and they fixed it and sent me on my way. The 3dr time I showed was also on Saturday which the first and second time it was a Friday.I showed up on Saturday the 10th for a alignment like normal I just did my wheel bearings and cv and the wheel bearing was so bad that the new one made the truck pull right hard. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. They were very professional and friendly, and worked with me and showed me additional things that were in need of repairs. I'm a mechanic myself, and appreciate the effort these people went through to satisfy me. Highly recommend!
