Had our vehicle in for service and annual inspection yesterday, and as always, Kevin, Derek, and Tyler provided outstanding service. They consistently take the time to share updates about what’s new with the business and discuss any additional services that may be recommended without ever being pushy. We’ve been bringing our vehicles to Firestone in beautiful downtown Reading for nearly two decades and truly value the professionalism, honesty, and customer care we receive every visit. After getting the complete runaround and wasting a ton of time originally trying to schedule with Mavis Discount Tires, I reached out to Firestone who was able to get me a same-day appointment. The rep that I spoke with, Dereck, was incredibly kind and made the whole process 1000% easier than my experience with the other shop. I've been going through a really difficult time lately after unexpectedly losing my mom, and everyday errands and chores can feel a lot heavier than usual. I have brought my car in multiple times because of scraping or grinding sounds in in my breaks but when I bring my car in no sounds are emitted. They are always welcoming and polite and even if no issues are apparent, they reassure and state that if I am hearing anything they want to get to the bottom of it.
