So kind, professional and courteous. I would recommend them. Especially nowadays it’s hard to find a decent mechanic and I appreciate firestone in Rio Rancho on Southern. We had an issue with our car took it in same day for service. Less than 90 mins later we were back in the road. Thank you, Barbara & Jared!

hands down the best experience for the maintenance of my vehicle. The service manager, Barbara was super helpful and a delight. Anthony and Isaiah did a phenomenal job getting me in and out!!

INCOMPETENT alignment tech looked at my 80k mile vehicle, said they were unable to align the due to severely worn bushings throughout the vehicle. I'm a certified technician my self I just dont have access to an alignment rack. The bushings are fine and were inspected the day before while installing the new parts that required alignment afterwards. They still provided me with a printout of the initial readings, everything was in spec except the the toe! They seriously couldnt set the toe on the vehicle without attempting an unwarranted up sale and completely wasting my time. I was warned by others not to use them for alignments and front end work, I assumed with the big UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT banner that this had been corrected. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE.

Barbara has always taken care of us when we come to Firestone. Firestone is rapidly becoming our go to place for tire and preventative maintenance needs. So much so that I'm bringing my truck for service this Saturday. The appointment is already scheduled.
