David was the best. I'm not local to the area and had a flat tire, got roadside assistance then realized there was a Firestone right in front of me. We called to get a quote to replace the tire, he was able to get me in and on my way. It was overall a stressful situation and he was there to help, which I will forever appreciate. Pricing was way more than fair. Because of today's positive experience I would absolutely make the long drive to get their top tier customer service.

I've been meaning to write a positive review for the crew at this location and what better time than Thanksgiving to do it? I've had terrible luck this year with nails in my tires and have visited this location more times than any year before. Every single person that I've dealt with here has been respectful and helpful always. Especially as a single woman, auto shops can be intimidating but the crew here goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and most importantly they never talk down to me. They all deserve extra holiday bonus for all of their hard work.

Despite being busy and making aware it may be a couple of hours or more despite my reservation, I chose to wait, as I knew once the vehicle was in a bay, it would be a fast repair to the two tires with an issue. Ended up being less than an hour, and during that time I observed how attentive and helpful each of the service writers and the lead technician were with other customers.

Russ took excellent of me. He took the time to answer all my questions about needed repair. I appreciate he kindness and patience. I will be doing more business at this location in the future. At my 8:00 a.m. appointment, I reported that my driver-side rear tire was losing air and needed to be checked. About an hour and a half later, Ethan called to say the tire had a nail and couldn’t be patched, and that the right passenger tire should be replaced due to tread wear. I clearly authorized only the damaged tire to be replaced. When I returned at 4:15 p.m., Ethan told me the driver-side rear tire had been replaced, but upon inspection, the new tire was on the passenger rear side. I immediately objected.
