Had a great experience at Firestone! I accidentally popped my dad’s tire and Mike really helped us out. He was professional, kind, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Mike Gill was very knowledgeable about my cars needs. He took the time to explain and go over every detail possible. Not only that, he went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure that I was able to walk out of the establishment with the proper repairs I needed. I highly recommend his service and I give him more than 5 stars. Best Firestone ever. The management, staff, workers did a great job. I came to inspect a leaking water pump, they found the leak, worked with my warranty to get my claim approved. I really appreciate the hard work, I know working the working company was time consuming so I greatly appreciate it. The mechanic also fixed my white Lexus GS350 very quickly and efficiently. I am not who the mechanic was, but I want to give a big thank you. You worked behind the scenes, but I can tell you went above and beyond to treat my vehicle with care and respect. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Lee and his crew took good care of my husband’s truck today. My husband went in for an alignment here yesterday. They didn’t take long at all, he paid and then headed home. Well when he drove it on the freeway it started wobbling. He drove it back up to Firestone in Brazos Town Center and they ended up having to keep it till the next day which is today as they said the person who worked on his truck earlier was no longer there and would be back tomorrow. I was upset because I felt like things were not explained properly and it was a major inconvenience for my husband to not have his truck to get to and from work today. This place can’t be recommended enough. I’ve been coming here the last two decades and the staff just takes care of you. They really do go the extra mile and want to ensure you’re a customer for decades vs. a quick price grab. Most recently i dealt with James and Jaime. Again just not enough positive things to say. Haven’t gone elsewhere in two decades / 5 cars. These guys really value the relationship and business. (And this is all coming from someone spending $$ unexpectedly on a new tire, but still the crew here is next level and the company supports them the way long term relationships need to be supported.)
