This was my second time using this Firestone, and im as impressed as the first visit. The staff was really kind, respectful of my time, and very informative of the many discounts that were available to me. No issues with the service, and they are expeditious with the repairs. Highly recommend this location!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. This is the second time I’ve been told by Firestone that my vehicle was unsafe to drive due to brake issues that did not actually exist. My brakes and rotors are less than two years old. On a prior visit, I was told my brake fluid was contaminated and that the brakes needed lubrication. When the issue continued, I returned and was then told the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I took my vehicle to two independent repair shops, both of which confirmed that the brakes and rotors are still in good condition and do not need replacement. Based on these experiences, I’ve lost trust in Firestone’s recommendations.

My belt had snapped off and my coolant leaked and needed my car repaired. They took 3 days to repair my car and we had to get extra hotel stays just for them to make sure my vehicle was 100% When I was driving back to houston we stopped at the gas station after my car kept jolting and making weird noises. We not only found our technicians (JAVIER) tools that was left in front of my condenser I also noticed they put it back on, on the wrong bracket making it slanted. They claimed (thomas & javier) it was correctly put on so we just continued our way back home to houston. My check engine light turned on and when I brake my car my RPM goes up and down also when parked. My car has started vibrating when stopped. After 3 days in the shop and over 2k$ spent I expected my car to be 100% Im going

I made contact with the store via website to book an appointment the next day. I knew my truck was out of alignment, but I was also driving to Austin and I figured I probably had to wait until the next day to get it done. After making the appointment I got a phone call from the store saying if I wanted to come in right now.I could I was about five minutes away. I arrived.They got my vehicle in immediately.Got my vehicle out quickly.I was on the road to Austin with my alignment on my truck, correct.It made for a much more enjoyable drive I must say I was very impressed. I was booking for the next day, but I did need it right then.And they gave me what I needed before , I even asked for it.
