I want to give them A 5 star review, but Bridgestone Firestone Corporation cheap, The staff at this location is phenomenal!! just under staff when it comes to mechanics. I only seen 3 Mechanics working, All bays full of cars, Parking lot over full with cars, People having to park on the busy San Francisco Street!! Location needs more Mechanics on a daily basis this location is a busy location!! Firestone Bridgestone corporation stop stepping on dollars to save a few pennies hire more mechanics to get people in and out of there quicker it’s 2026, waiting 6 hours for a oil change and tires no good but it’s not the staff’s fault it’s corporate bureaucracy at its finest!! Staff at this location is great. They just need more staff to handle the demand.
