Mr Harvey Ybarra was very helpful when we had issues with the tires of our rental car. He helped advise the process of getting a voucher approved and then Firestone expedited the changes required.

Had a tire blowout on the way to Chumash, got their about an hour before they opened. They opened right on time, gave me solid info and even after price checks turned out to be the best deal for new tires for my 2004 toyota camry. Even though one tire ended up with a hole in the side wall, they managed to work with me and fixed the tire quickly in less than an hr. Was definitely angry at first but the fixed everything with speed and patience for my anger. Wouldn't have happened without Fred, hes a man of his word and integrity. Got a lifelong customer with me

I like that I could choose and order my tires online and schedule an appointment. Installation was efficient and I used the free wifi to get work done while I waited. Best of all there was no pressure to upsell me on other unnecessary repairs or parts.
