Tony, Mike, Eiden, and the rest of the team at Firestone have surpassed my 20+ years of experience, primarily with BMW service centers, over the past two months. My most recent visit was this week when another dashboard light appeared and, given prior issues, I was honestly nervous to drive. I contacted Firestone and BMW simultaneously. Firestone got me in within 20 minutes, resolved the issue, and had me out within two hours, honoring a prior commitment and the work already done. I was treated with respect, care, familiarity, and professionalism, the kind of customer service that’s rare today. This team deserves real recognition.

I recommended this Firestone store to my friends right after my tire installation. This is a tire store. They install a lot of tires. They found me a great deal on a great tire. There's lots of places to buy tires but I think this is the best tire shop in Sarasota.
