I had a very frustrating experience at this Firestone location. The customer service came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I arrived, I stepped up to the desk near the shop entrance where several employees were sitting. Instead of helping, I was told to go inside. After going inside and explaining that I simply needed a lawn mower tire inflated, they told me to go back outside to the shop area — the same place I had just been sent away from. Once someone finally looked at the tire, the employee attempted to inflate it for no more than about 10 seconds before giving up. It’s a simple tubeless lawn mower tire. Showed up at 1330 for tire rotation. (Bought tires in Carolina for 1000 bucks from them and now I get tire rotations for free) Told the woman with glasses who was rude btw that last time they didn’t put the tire pressure sensors on properly and to just double check for me. Did not get my truck back until 1800. 5 hours for a tire rotation! The next day I went to check the tires air pressure and what do you know it’s not working. My wife called up to Firestone to let them know about the issue and the guy she talked to (John) laughed at her and told her that the technician talked to me(the husband) and I was told the sensors were bad. The price here is outrageous my first time going wasn't bad. Fairly priced although the time it took was more than I'd have liked it was a good experience, however I was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle. 4 days later my check engine light came on, when I called Firestone to see what they could do they said it would be $130 to run a diagnostic then after I went to O'Reilly and had a FREE diagnostic run and told them the source of the problem they said it would be $240. Yet calling off post is found waipio auto repair able to do the exact same thing for $198. If you are not affordable for soldiers or at least on par with what can be found off post what is the point of soldiers coming to you. Just for them to be ripped off?

They were able to get the pickup fixed and back on the road. They also offered me a couple discounts and gave me the tire sensor for free since their system was not able to reset the indicator light. I was pleased with their service.

Good work changing the tire. But I dropped my car off on time for a 10:00 appointment. And it didn’t get done until 5:50 pm. After I called to ask how it was going, after seeing my car not move from where I parked it at 3:00 pm. They said it was next one in line. When technician took it for a test drive she drove it at least 15 miles away when I saw my cars GPS. Great tires, if you want to get new tires and an alignment expect to come back in 8hours.
