I am consistently impressed with the outstanding service at this location! The team is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to find me the best possible deals. The convenience they offer is invaluable; they frequently work with me to get my vehicles back in a timely manner and take the time to thoroughly inspect them. I've never experienced any issues - no damages, and they consistently deliver on their promises, ensuring every detail is taken care of. Truly exceptional!

DO NOT GO HERE! Paid for an alignment, they said the bolts were seized up and wanted to charge me $600 to fix it. I took it to another shop and they aligned it with absolutely no problem. They also said my battery was “dead” and wanted to add another $250 to replace a battery that I’ve never had a problem out of. DO NOT GO HERE!

We use the Scott AFB Firestone for all our vehicle needs. It is quick and convenient. The staff is always super helpful and does a great job communicating. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Their customer service is 2nd to none!

I had a nail in a tire and needed it repaired. The guys at the counter got our car in quickly and fixed it within the morning. They were so kind and professional and made our experience so smooth! Definitely will be going back for future tire needs.
