My experience at Firestone this weekend was genuinely amazing. Meg, the store manager, answered the phone right away when we realized something was stuck in our tire and our PSI had dropped from 36 to 24 in just a few miles. She brought us in immediately, walked us through everything, took photos, pulled up our information from a previous visit, and had her team assess the tire within minutes. They quickly confirmed we needed a new one and after doing the research, Meg determined we only needed a single replacement because of the car’s age. The wild part is they happened to have exactly one tire in stock, and it was the display tire, so we lucked out completely. Meg made the whole process fast, easy, and surprisingly pleasant. I came to Firestone with a flat tire after having a frustrating experience at Town Fair Tire the day before. The woman at the front desk here was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unlike the other place, she didn’t make me try to read numbers off the tire — she was able to look up the correct tire size using my vehicle information and took care of everything quickly. The mechanic was also very honest and only sold me the one tire I actually needed. They even found and applied a discount and showed it to me. I’ve had service done here before and continue to be impressed. Highly recommend this location!

Came in on short notice, staff was extremely warm and friendly. I needed to have my tire locks broken after losing my tire key. They didn’t try to overcharge me. They were direct and to the point. I listened in the waiting room to multiple accounts in just a 30 minute time frame of the person (whom I assume to be the manager) politely and intelligently explaining complex and expensive car problems to people walking in off the street. She provided clear options, with well-explained price ranges and fought to get each person the most reasonable rate. Saving someone thousands for a tricky headlight problem. She may have saved that individual thousands but she likely earned business for decades to come. She was adamant about making sure I was given the tirelocks that had to be broken off so

I’ve been coming to this location for years and have always had a good experience. I even brought my brother’s Hyundai in for new tires because I trust their work. The staff is honest, dependable, and straightforward about what your car actually needs. If you’re looking for a reliable place for service, I’d highly recommend them.

I’m not sure about other Firestone locations, but this one is honestly the best mechanic I’ve been to in a long time! I have been there for an oil change and to get my car inspected, and honestly whenever I have a question I call and ask them a simple question on the phone and they give me a range of options of what it could be. They have a low rate for a general inspection to see if anything wrong as well! I suggest my friends to go to this location all the time. Also, the person who answers the phone named Meg has been extremely helpful in all of these situations! (She also helped you save a couple bucks if she can ;) ) Highly recommend.
