To put it simply; Bad customer service, absurd upcharging, and they break parts/dont put everything back together correctly The front desk schedulers/associates have no regard for customer service. They talk to you with disdain and reluctance to help you. Its like you, the customer, are bothering them giving them work to do. They are short tempered and don’t like to give straight answers. They act shady and like theyre trying to keep something hidden from you, which they are. They upcharge an absurd amount for their parts. You have to pay for a 40$ gasket but they charge you 200$. Its absurd. When asked, the front desk associates and supervisor give the excuse of “Our rent is 8000$/month” and then just look at you with a blank face. After asking way too many times why I am getting upchar

I arrived after 3pm. The staff went to another location to get a tire that I needed. My experience, most auto shops would have made me wait until the next day if they could not get the part delivered. I have to commute 1 hour each way and my husband is a truck driver who could not come and get me at the time. I very grateful to the staff.

Guys in the back are always pretty relaxed, usually get alignments done here. Front desk guy can come off a bit rude to wine some people but didn't bother me. They always get me in and out pretty quick.

Bad customer service and they love to overcharge you without explanation as other people have stated before. I didn’t think it was true and people were just being sensitive but they really do overcharge here. Go somewhere else to avoid their bad attitude and exuberant prices. They also like to take down reviews that they do not like and expose their shady antics.

Scratched every single one of my wheels, these wheels are $400 a piece mind you. Shop simply don’t respect or care about your personal property, just wanting to work fast and get the job done. I went in for a brake fluid exchange and they did the job correctly, but I would have rather taken it somewhere that wouldn’t cause easily preventable damage. Update: Changed from 2 stars to 3 stars. Manager was not accusatory or aggressive with me, he seemed to genuinely apologize for the issue. I brought the vehicle to them and they took photo’s of the wheels.
