Wonderful soul Elon (pardon any spelling errors) really took care of me, on a day of unexpected chaos. First was a windstorm and flat tire, then an unexpected dead battery— which the tow truck driver warned me to get help with. I called ahead and was directed to come over right away. It was a Saturday with full bays, yet I was greeted warmly abd calmly. I was given a ballpark wait time, which removed stress and enabled me to notify work colleagues. Then my battery was tested twice, to a “good” result. Although Elon could have easily charged me to buy a battery, he didn’t do that. Just advised me how to proceed accordingly, given my limited time and possible causes earlier. Impressed with his integrity and the overall customer service, I wish I lived nearby to be a regular. Came into store with issues with my vehicle and the crew found issues that needed resolving, got the important stuff resolved but only to be left with my transmission leaking which was not occurring before inspection and repair with a couple of other issues on the vehicle that were not present prior to arriving. To which they did not want to resolve. This isn't the first time I've had issues with firestone and their shady business practices, I can no longer support this company
