I have been to the Springdale Firestone location twice and have received exceptional service! Both times, Hector assisted me and provided thorough explanations of services and costs beforehand. I felt listened to, which doesn’t always happen when you are a woman taking your car in for service. I also felt confident in every employee’s ability and dedication to doing quality work. They go out of their way to make sure that they are addressing every concern you may have. I highly recommend going to see Hector and the rest of the crew here for honest and quality work. I truly can’t say enough good things about them!

These guys were amazing. Had a tire blow out on my way home from work. All the tire places around closed at 6 and it was 6:05. Called these guys who close at 7 and they told me if I could get it up to them before close they'd do there best to get it changed tonight. Put my spare on but bc of traffic I didn't get there until 6:50. They stayed passed close and changed all 4 tires for me to help me out of a tight spot. Not a lot of service left in America like this these days.

Hector was fantastic! I had just bought a car from Carvana (worst experience EVER), and come to find out one of the tires had a huge gouge in it. Pulled in without an appointment and Hector battled with them to get the tire replaced and covered by them. Could not ask for better help with an unexpected issue!

Hector was very helpful. He helped me with my alignment and other services my car needed. He also showed me ways to save money here. I highly recommend if you are looking to save on car services!
