Niall was great. Went above and beyond with service, answering all my questions and walking me through a seamless process. He did such a great job I had to ask if he was in charge of the entire operation. Kudos to him and his entire team. Recommend this location to anyone and will keep bringing my cars here.
On Dec. 10 I went to Firestone for emision testing. Signing in with the attendent took while because there was a line waiting to see him. After registering for emision testing, for approx. 30 minutes which really wasn't a bad wait time. I sw my car when the testing was complete moved to the parking area. Unfortunately there was only one individual working the desk and there were customers lined up to see the attendent. I waited longer to get my keys after the test was done than waiting for the testing. The attendent, whose name is Fernando. was great and doing his best. But one person should not be taking care of customers, HIRE MORE HELP
My experience at this Firestone was awesome!! I went there for an emissions test and was told that there would be a :45 minute wait. Instead I was out even sooner than that. My technician was Ishmael who I recognized from when I was a customer at a Midas location on Main St. in Stamford that has since closed. He took great care of me then and he took great care of me again today. I’d definitely recommend anyone to this Firestone location. Ishmael is attentive, courteous, and great at what he does. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
Had to come in because my tire had a screw in it. They quickly walked me through my options and got a new tire on and got me out the door in less than an hour. Super impressive and great guys at the desk.
