Great experience every time! The tech Kevin was fantastic. The management team worked with the special circumstances I had to get my car back on the road quickly so I could deal with a family emergency, Forever grateful.

We use firestone for our fleet vehicles, and there is no place i would better! The Manager there, Jenn, is the nicest person you will find. She goes above and beyond to ensure we are up to date, and aware of any issues with our vehicles. Greatly appreciated for all the work you do!

I was treated as a valued customer, and Jennifer was very flexible in accommodating my coming in early for my appointment, and kept me updated on the progress, findings, and resolutions. Garret, the technician, did an excellent job of finding and repairing not just one, but 2 tiny leaks in one of my tires. Everyone did an excellent job servicing my vehicle, and making me feel like a friend rather that just another customer. Well done, team!

I left South Carolina with a problem related to another Firestone store.I was not happy when I arrived at the Firestone store in Stillwater. However, Jenny and Jose along with the service tech who worked on my vehicle, not only fixed my problem, but took care of the problem created by the Firestone in South Carolina.Jenny and Jose simply listened to correct Action told me what was going on all along and provided excellent customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Jenny and Jose‘s service while I was 1000 miles away from home and probably will never end up back in that store again. Wow.. so, called for a estimate on u-joints on my 2500 ram. Lol after being on hold for 10 minutes. There (person in charge) informed them (they cant do my u joints because they dont have a press!) Lol this means they cant do ball joints ether lol. Firestone (complete) auto care? Press is an affordable tool too! I truly love the service at the regular Firestone I go to.. needed service sooner! Made a mistake calling stillwater Firestone! The part that bothered me was the reviews when I looked? I wasn't going to leave one... however people should know! Looks like this Firestone NEEDS new management! Just my opinion 🤷
