I had an appointment for a tire rotation, oil change, and brake fluid exchange scheduled for 10 am. I was told it'd be about an hour wait, so I waited in the shop. It looked like it was a busy day for them. Almost 4 hours later at 1:45 pm, after seeing people who came after me leave before I could, I had to ask how much longer it was going to take, just for them to find out my car has been ready all along. I sat there waiting patiently, in front of them for hours..the least they could do is try to try to follow up.

Firestone is always fast courteous and up front about services. They are honest and will tell you if you need a certain repair now or if it can wait a while. They are very safety conscious for their customers when discussing what services are needed. I went in today for a headlamp replacement and Willie noticed on my account I was way past time for an oil change. I'm glad he pointed that out as I drive 100 miles a day for work. I love the friendly relaxed atmosphere and the clean waiting area.

Jake!!! Jake!!! Jake!!! 5 ⭐️ service. Soooo much effort for me and my claim with an extended warranty! It was an 6hr battle and they spoke for me and got me 4 new tires all covered by warranty which was denied 4x today. Excellent customer service!!! Saved me! Thank you sooo much Jake and team!!

I have been taking my 2012 Escalade to this location for several years now. It has over 232,500 miles on it. The service people there, especially the advisors, Willie and Mark, are knowledgeable and professional and always recognize me and my vehicle. They never overpromise, but they often overdeliver. I trust them and give them my highest recommendation.

Called to see if my tire was in stock and thankfully for Willie he said that my tire was in stock in Modesto and a driver was on his way to get another tire so they would pick it up as well. Called me as soon as it arrived and was able to get me in same day. Great customer service quick response and quickly and efficiently gave me a new tire. Would definitely recommend this place and their customer service was superb!
