Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had just had a really difficult day when I pulled into my apartment complex parking lot after work and realized there was a razor blade in my tire. It’s Saturday and I was cutting it close to closing time. However, I was met with immediate help from the team here (in particular, Crismery Duncan). They were so understanding and they were able to change my tire for me VERY quickly. I would absolutely go get service here again.

I got a flat tire and I was able to make it to this store before it closed. There were several customers ahead of me and I didn't have an appointment. The staff members were very helpful and I was able to get back on the road in a short time. Thank you for the excellent service!

Krystal and Raul were wonderful they took me in and gave me an appointment on a very busy day. Raul was such a gentleman. I had a little mishap and he was able to help assist me. I recommend this shop to everyone. Customer service is great the wait time you may have to have, but they’re great it’s worth it.

Got a tire change and oil change. The service was good (it didn't take forever like some other places, and it got completed in a good/fair amount of time), and the customer service was great (both Richard and Sean). Would come back. They expressed concern for my dollar. I trust they know what they're doing and won't scam me on the price.

I was assisted by Crismery, she does an outstanding job and ensures that the mechanics check the car from A thru Z to ensure my auto works good. I was very, very happy with the service and the prices. I have been using the services of Firestone for more than 8 years and the major reason I stick with Firestone is for the great service they provide and their low prices.
