Firestone Complete Auto Care

My wipers blades were changed as I waited, this was so helpful because it was 10 degrees and was old wipers blades were in tatters. It took 10 minutes and I was on my way; I even got to use my Firestone visa card. Great friendly service as usual!

It cost me $90 dollars AFTER a coupon was added and it took them 40 minutes to complete a simple oil change. I could have went to Take 5 oil for the same price and got everything done in 10 minutes. And I also stood outside as they had the extremely right wing station NewsMax on in the lobby, and when asking the service manager (the store manager was not in at the time) if that is what they believe here at Firestone, he did not answer in the negative, and tried to pass blame on to someone else. Firestone has lost me as a customer due to the appalling choice of television they subject their customers to in the lobby and taking 40 minutes on an oil change.

I was visiting from out of town and experienced an issue with my vehicle. Mike worked me into his schedule and his team was able to get me road worthy for our trip to Texas. Eric was great keeping me informed on the progress, which allowed me to reschedule hotel stays while on the road.

Excellent and knowledgeable service, open and helpful on a Sunday morning. Clean And pleasant waiting area. Great prices!
