They were so caring and did great work . My oil cap came off my car and dumped oil everywhere while I was driving home from Terrell . I had previously had my oil changed at another oil change location in Tyler and I had to call a tow truck to come pick up my car and have it towed to Firestone. They got everything cleaned up fixed and got us back on the road in less than an hour. They were amazing.

I've been living in Terrell for 8 years, and had no idea Firestone was right around the corner 🤭. My "White Girl" needed an alignment and decided to check them out. My appointment was at 3 PM, but I arrived earlier than I expected. There's a wait, because they were extremely busy. Steve reassured me everything was taken care of, and provided some great feedback for any needs in the future. I really appreciated their work and will definitely refer them in the future!

I went for a tire rotation and oil change and these guys exceeded my expectations! They were efficient and got my car in quickly. I was expecting to wait most of the afternoon and they had me out in just under an hour. Steve and his crew gave excellent customer service and did not try to sell me a bunch of extra crap I didn’t really need. Even verified my suspicions that the dealership was trying to upsell me on several things I didn’t really need yet. This place is our new go-to!!!
