Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. This Fire Stone location (120th & Colorado Blvd) charged us $1300.00 for the new fuel pump our horns that they installed are non-functional and were clearly installed incorrectly. The part itself for the fuel pump only costs about $500, showing a massive markup charging me $900.00 for a $500.00 dollar part for. When we tried to address the issue, they refused to give us our vehicle back unless we paid the full. We asked them to remove the horns and then they wanted to charge us again. I told them if a plumber installed plumbing that didn’t work they would demand a correct installation of the plumbing. This is no different. The team at this location is amazing!! Ive recently been to 4 mechanics regarding the same issue, all of which gave me different information but the tech who inspected my vehicle found a solution and I’m so grateful. I worked directly with the store manager Bill who is phenomenal. He prioritized my vehicle repair and explained exactly what the problem was in terms I could understand and took care of it. His crew is awesome, very thorough. Special thanks to Bill, Robert and Jacob the tech.

The guys there were really awesome, I had a serious broken brake caliper and rotor damage on a roadtrip home to Nevada, on a Sunday, no one else in town would do it but the guys at Firestone went out of their way to get it fixed for me and got it done the same day. Alex at the front desk and the tech working on my truck that day were great. Got it done quicker than expected, no issues so far.

I brought my car in for check engine light diagnostic. They put codes on my final form that do not exist in my car. The Tall (hair thinning manager) told me I have a blown head gasket and it will be 5,800 to repair. I took my car to another auto shop and they told me your head gasket is fine and your oil and coolant is not mixed. They also showed me the ACTUAL check engine codes I have. I will file a lawsuit against this shop for fabricated diagnostic IF I DONT GET MY REFUND.

Great location, had an issue with my 4Runner that I was at my wits end. Braden diagnosed it and took care of it well within when I needed it for work, then Alex helped me with all thd admin stuff, including some good advice with future issues. Great team here in Thornton!
