I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to both Anna at the front desk and Brayan for their exceptional service, which went above and beyond expectations. Anna contacted me regarding an issue with a tire trim that had previously been addressed by a dealer, where we were informed that a parts order was necessary. She explained that she would speak with Brayan to see if they could reattach the trim. I expressed my deep appreciation if they were able to do so. The assisting driver was subsequently contacted and shared the information: the shop successfully reattached the trim without any complications. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care near Quakerbridge Mall. We were charged for services that we later had serious reason to question, and we feel we were misled about what was actually performed on our vehicle. The pricing was also excessive for the work described. When we returned to address the issue, we were only refunded for the items we were able to clearly prove. That alone speaks volumes. It should not require customers to “prove” wrongdoing in order to receive fair treatment. The overall experience left us feeling taken advantage of and dismissed rather than heard. Had 4 new tires installed. Everything went great until I got home to find all 4 of my rims scratched up so bad, literally like they were sliding them on the ground. So disappointed, I'll never come back. Don't waste your money here, go to a shop that actually cares about their work and won't ruin your rims. Now I have to spend money into getting my rims fixed. After waiting 2 months to hear back from the customer service they first tell me it was approved for repair and to get a quote. I get a quote to have them repaired, then a week later for them to say these marks were there or were from me hitting the curb. What curb is up by the lug nuts. Firestone is a joke and I will NEVER come back. Disappointed none their employees don't care!!

This Firestone location has been my regular mechanic for several years, now. As a female who has moderate car knowledge, I don't feel like they push any upselling, or otherwise take advantage of me. The workers I've encountered know how to take "no" as an answer. They seem knowledgeable and are happy to explain things in detail. Recently, I had 2 separate flat tire repairs, one after the other. The latter was not able to be repaired due to the location of the object. They put the spare on for me since they didn't have my tire size in stock. They did not charge me since they were not able to complete thw requested service of flat repair or tire replacement that day. While they shared their recommendations, they did not push for me to order their brand tires or a certain number of tires. I

Great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, making everything easy to understand. Scheduling the appointment was simple and convenient, with no hassle. I also appreciated knowing the total cost upfront, no surprises. Professional, straightforward, and efficient service. I would definitely return and recommend them to others.
