Every time I bring my car to this location, I'm treated with respect and honesty. The charging is fair, they don't pressure for more work, rather they suggest possible needed work for my consideration. If they quote a price and don't need to do the work indicated, that price is reduced accordingly. They are honest, qualified, professional and above all customer sensitive!

Not a huge fan of firestone as the one in midwest city has religiously tried to screw me over in the past but this one did a wonderful job. Walked in worried my car wouldn't make it home and walked out spending way less than expected and very happy with their service. The employees were wonderful, fast, and didn't try and upsell me on unnecessary repairs.

Always helpful, honest and great prices on tires. I witnessed someone coming from another tire competitor saying they needed tires and brakes. Matt checked the customers tires and brakes. Assured her she did not need brakes for another 2 1/2 years. The other competitor had quoted her a price of $2500 for brakes and tires. He saved her money and was honest. I've done business with Firestone for 10 years with great service and a smile. Try them for yourself. You will see.

Store Manager, Matthew was very attentive and helpful. Came in for a slow leak tire. He found the issue but also noticed I needed a rotation. Came back to me and made the suggestion. He’s very informative and pays attention to detail. Lobby was clean and cool. All the guys were nice. It was a great visit! I will be returning.

Live in Texas and was in town for work, end up needed new tires. This place had them ordered delivered and put on within a day. Friendly and great staff, service.
