Firestone Complete Auto Care

I use this Firestone to service my work truck and have been in here several times over the last 3 years. I almost always come in without an appointment and am still seen in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve used them for almost everything you can think of on a car/truck and they’ve always been able to help me the only thing I can’t comment on is the pricing I use a fleet account so I don’t end up seeing how much stuff cost. But if you want work to be done quickly and done well this place is amazing. I do all the work on my personal car myself if I didn’t though I would 100% bring it here. All staff and managers are very kind and polite. This place will get you back up and on the road quickly

I walked into the store Mike the store manager greeting me right away. I got a oil change and my low tire light was on. Had me in and out within an hour. Great service definitely will be back. Great job to all the crew. They got me out quickly. Definitely would recommend.

Omg! The crew who got my car back on the road were awesome! They went above and beyond (including getting a replacement tire from another shop)! Can't thank them enough. Thoughtful, attentive and kind! Great job. Truly appreciate them!

Turnersville NJ location has excellent service and very professional! Mike and the team are very good & the level of care that take with your vehicle is like no other. I would highly recommend!

My mom had a nail stuck in her tire, got the vehicle towed to Firestone to have it looked at and possibly repaired. Firestone told her the tire is not fixable, and she would have to get 4 WHOLE NEW TIRES all around. Sounded sketchy, so I took the vehicle towed Subaru instead. Subaru WAS able to patch the tire and I did not have to get 4 BRAND NEW tires like Firestone suggested. I highly doubt not recommend this place EVER due to the lack of integrity and dishonesty. Management should really retrain and look into their staff who are trying to take advantage of people who truly needs help.
