Car’s alternator blew and needed it fixed quickly. Quicker than I could get a new one myself and I needed the immediate ability to travel. The tech that helped us, Johnny, both got me an estimate and the parts/repair done within two hours. I was incredibly pleased with the customer service and urgency. Fantastic location and pricing for all primary auto concerns.

Johnny was fantastic to work with. He was very communicative and friendly. He promptly called me when my car's repair needs were available, when the repairs were taking longer than planned, and when the car was available. He was very genuine and I could tell that he cared for his customers. If my car ever experiences another emergency, I will be sure to ask for Johnny.

I've used Firestone Service for over 20 years for my peronal car as well as for company cars, and I have always experienced trustworthy, friendly service no matter how simple or complex the service. Johnny does a great job. Thanks Firestone.

Disappointing experience. They tried to charge over $130+ for a diagnostic test without even checking the car first. Later, at a different mechanic shop, it turned out the issue was just a simple oil change. The other shop checked the car properly and free of charge — no unnecessary conditions or fees. This place felt more focused on profit than honest service. Wouldn’t recommend.

they “remodeled” the sitting areas to add a laptop bar (fine whatever) but they used the single most uncomfortable chairs ever both at the laptop bar and the sitting area. the old chairs were at least plush and a little separated from each other, now these chairs are tough and right next to each other. being a young woman im not going to sit right up between TWO MEN?! HELLO?? super uncomfortable, had to wait for them to leave. and because the closest firestone to me is an HOUR AWAY!!! its not like i can leave to go somewhere else. several people had to wait for several hours in these terrible chairs. i got there at a bit before noon and one girl had been waiting since 8am!!!!! in these awful chairs!! please bring back the old ones, this arrangement screams “we hate our customers, stop comi
