Not only is he super knowledgeable, but he’s also very communicative and always keeps me updated throughout the process. Always a great experience here. Chris goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what is going on with my car and explains the pricing thoroughly. This particular Firestone is not the closest tire shop to my house but I make a point to go out of my way to get here so I know I get the best possible service on my car.
