Firestone Complete Auto Care

Drove over and hour from where I was for an 11am appointment for a wheel alignment. Upon arrival was told I would have a 4 hour wait! When I told the person at counter I wanted to speak to Manager he said he was the manager. I asked him why should I make appointment if it don't mean anything he told me well it don't matter you still have a 4 hour wait! Why didn't the store call me and tell me this? Because we still want your business. I told him no its not my business its my money you want! He said same thing isn't it. This is the 3rd time this store has not honored the set appointment times! This store needs some upper management changes and fast. I shall never return to Valdosta store!

Only place I will get my tires put on!! Great customer service, very friendly and sweet. Highly recommended for anyone

Tire prices are decent and tire service is good. Do not let them do any brake work beyond pads and rotors. I went in with a bad master cylinder and 6 grand later after 3 trips back to Firestone and an additional trip to the dealer I have an unrepairable ABS.

Went in for a flat repair while I was traveling. Marissa was very helpful and getting me in and out. I have 5hrs left for my trip and she was excellent.

I was traveling the car broke down I went to the Firestone place. They were very kind ,polite and professional. The fix the emergency situation basically at no cost to help me complete the trip. They realized that I am traveling, it took them less than 5 minutes to bring the car in the shop. Because of them I can get back on the road with no issues .
