Very uncaring people. We pulled in with a flat off the freeway and asked for help as we were on the way to a doctors appt and already having a tough morning. I understand a quote of 3 hours when we just pull in but when we ask to put on our own spare they tell us to unsafely drive to another parking lot do it. Haha faith in humanity lost with this one interaction. Thanks guys you’re real kind people when others are in desperate need of help.

Edited: initially I had left a negative review due to a bad experience here. The manager Jerry reached out and completely made it better. He was sincere, kind, and helpful. He righted the wrongs that I had experienced and made it so I will return again.

I needed my starter replaced on a Saturday and Firestone was able to get me in ASAP and take care of my 2020 Yukon within a couple hours. Tony and the gang were beyond helpful and I couldn’t be more grateful for the work they did. Much appreciated.
