Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’ve been using this location for over 5 years, and have always had great experiences. I always use Hugo M as my service technician because he goes above and beyond to get my cars right. Hugo will take the time to thoroughly explain the issues, and provide a clear and honest solution. From simple oil changes to complicated repairs, he shows great expertise and always has my cars back to 100% in no time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

My experience was excellent! I drove from Fort Pierce to the Vero Beach Firestone Service Center on 01/31/2026. They serviced my vehicle with an alignment (lifetime warranty) and an oil change. I was a walk-in customer, but they kindly worked me into their schedule! I was assisted by Andy (mgr), and Dray (service coordinator). They were pleasant and knowledgeable. Also, I called to get a copy of my invoice which I had misplaced and spoke to Chris (mgr) who promptly sent me a copy via email. I highly recommend doing business with them! Kudos to the Vero Beach Firestone…keep up the great work!

I was trying to use my fleet card, which requires Firestone to call in to get a pre-authorization number. I’ve used this same fleet card at this location several times before without any issues. Today, however, the first representative we spoke with at the fleet company was not helpful at all and was rude to both myself and Chris the Firestone employee. She kept asking Firestone for a number that her system should have already had, and it became clear she didn’t know how to properly process the request. I really want to recognize Chris at Firestone for how patient and professional he was throughout this entire situation. The process ended up taking almost an hour before we finally reached someone at the fleet company who knew exactly what they were doing and was able to enter everything c

Fantastic tire service - I will no longer go anyplace else! I recently had a flat tire on a rental car due to some fool dropping a bucket of roofing nails on A-1-A. It was near closing time, but Andy and his team stayed late to replace it quickly and efficiently. Moreover, this Firestone location handles the servicing for the rental car company so they were able to submit the work order directly to the rental car provider. We received a positive response within 5 minutes, meaning that the tire was replaced at no cost to me. Overall great service from start to finish - Thanks!

I am always very happy about my visit to Firestone!! They are the nicest bunch guys!! And they are very informative and always explain things in a patient manner! They are efficient knowledgeable and always have my car done before they say they will!! and the biggest thing is I trust them that’s a big thing for me to trust a mechanic, and they go the extra mile when they can!!
