Firestone Complete Auto Care

Update: Other Mgr Jay is trying to make the communication issues right, just sharing so people can adjust their expectations and hopefully be pleasantly surprised. Dropped off car at 8:30am. Firestone staff called at 9:52am advising wiper blades were needed. I got wiper blades and called back at 11:15 am asking when I should return: "Closer to 5 pm (per the earlier agreement) or now?" Per their advisement I returned by 11:30am. The inspector knew we returned and knew we put new wiper blades on. I went inside to pay and was told the inspector "Just went to lunch" and it would be "an hour wait." 😡😡😡 This was unexpected and uncalled for. They knew we were so close to finishing such a very short quick task. Nothing prompted being treated that badly. I called back on the way home only for

The service was excellent. Needed a headlight to be replaced and they got me in and out in no time. They made the whole process quick, affordable and easy.

Recently brought my old 1993 Bronco in for some alignment and steeering issues. Following repairs I was still having some issues with the power steering and spoke with Jay the manager. He personally assured me the problems would be taken care of and the technicians took the time to make things right. The vehicle drives perfectly now and I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism at this Firestone Complete Auto Care.

I called for an alignment Saturday a little after noon and the lady said they may get it done by Sunday close of business, possibly Monday AM. They called back THAT afternoon to say my car was ready for pickup. Fantastic service AND my car drives straight again!

The staff are always friendly, helpful and honest. I took my car in for a state inspection. A couple hours later they called and told me my car passed. The nice lady informed me my battery was testing low, so I might need one soon. I asked them to go ahead and install a new battery. Within the hour it was ready. I also had an oil change. Love this Firestone!
