Took my car here and was quoted over 4k they then refused to work on it and made me call a tow truck claiming they wouldn’t replace my battery unless I got all 4k of the work done. Took it into a new shop the next week who completely fixed it for 300$ and said it did not need half of the stuff Firestone claimed it needed. Was the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced and was lied to about all issues on the car. Do not suggest this Firestone for anyone. Dwayne was pretty cool tho, but everything else sucked.

I arrived a little early for my appointment, and they took the car right away. An oil change, tire rotation, and alignment were done in about an hour. Very good service.

I had an appointment made for 7am, after arriving at 7 to find the facility closed I was notified of a scheduling error; the facility opened at 9. I came back at 9 for a “simple” oil change. After 95 minutes of waiting my vehicle was brought into the garage. 3 hours later and I am still waiting. I could have easily gotten a job, got paid from that job then purchased the items myself to change the oil in the middle of the freeway before the staff here was able to get it finished. I would not recommend bringing any vehicle to this facility.

Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews, but Bryant really deserves a shoutout. He was super helpful, easy to talk to, and made sure I understood everything before I left. The vibe in the store was great—everyone was friendly and seemed to actually enjoy what they do. Definitely a place I’ll recommend.
