I put off for quite a while getting new tires, and I didn't want to have to travel far to get them done, and after consulting with my brother and the web, I figured it was worth trying to get new tires for my car. Alex and the folks here at Firestone on Green Valley were transparent, helpful, and got my tires installed the same day, despite me not having an appointment. He had the tires delivered and installed the same day. They later told me that it turned out they had the tires in site the whole time stashed away, but I appreciated his honesty. I am definitely coming back here again in the future. I rode the car a short ways home, but what a difference and no problems yet. I am happy that I was able to get them on by the end of the day on Sunday.

On time, efficient and professional service. They also had no problems following a tire rotation procedure I prefer. This service center has a nice lobby but it's conveniently located near lunch, coffee and other shops so you can be efficient too.

Took my 2010 Camaro in to get an alignment after a new rack and pinion was installed. Made an appointment and they saw me shortly after my schedule time. Got everything with in spec. It pulls a bit to the left more than I like but it’s driving good. Steering wheel is nice and straight.
