The oil change was fine. Done on time at my appointment without much wait. But I’m disappointed they recommended a new cabin air filter without checking to see that I actually NEEDED one. (I’d had that done 5,000 miles ago at another dealer.) When I declined, he said “we didn’t check it - the recommendation is based on your mileage”. If I hadn’t known better, I’d have paid for something I did not need!

Appointment time was 9:00am. I arrived and checked in at 8:50. Vehicle was not moved into the bay till 9:40, then tire repair and oil change wasn't done till 11:20. Service work seems fine and price was as expected. Wait time, when I had an appointment, really is not acceptable. Probably will not return

Donnie was super helpful and kind. He stayed after hours to got us back on the road home. He was knowledgeable and had great customer service. Thank you to the team, we couldn’t get home without yall!

Have you ever wanted to schedule an appointment in advance and get there early to do a simple tire patch just to end up sitting in a filthy waiting room for over two hours? Then, two hours pass and they THEN decide to tell you that they can’t patch the tire when they could have just taken a look at it and tell you within a few minutes? Leaving you no choice but to purchase one of their grossly overpriced tires. This is the place for you.

I had a tire that managed to aquire a nail and a screw. The nail was to close to the wall of the tire. So a replacement was required. They had my size in stock and had me on my way in a timely manner.
